It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Andrew Sandlin (Panama City, Florida), who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Robert Andrew is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Robert Andrew's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson R. Sandlin, Jr. and Glenda K. Sandlin; his sisters, Cara Dianne and Belinda Louise Krakker; his uncles, John Sandlin and Randy Richard; his aunt Barbara French; and his niece Kelsea McGuire.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jackson R. Sandlin III and Susan L. Meradith. He is also survived by two nephews and two nieces: several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (3733 US-231, Panama City, FL 32404).
