He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mazur and Sandra Mazur. He is survived by: his wife Lori Mazur of Panama City, FL; his daughters, Melanie Hood (Colan) of Chipley, FL and Hannah Mazur (Jack Gray) of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Liz King (Ken) of Ocala, FL and David Mazur (Margie) of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by numerous family members; beloved brother and sisters-in-law; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
