He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bandy, Emma Perry, Clyde and Alta Mae Price. He is survived by: his wife Necie Perry of Panama City; his children, Lisa Joy Perry of Oberursel and Germany (Simon Roy Perry); his parents, Bill Perry and Brenda Mae Perry; and his friend Kerry Helton.
