She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Kelley and Henry Kelley; her husband G. H. "Mack" McIntosh; her children, Rev. Dwain McIntosh and Rebecca Weaver; and her sister Dot McDougald.
She is survived by: her daughter Myra Myers (Cliff Myers); her son-in-law Harold Weaver; her grandchildren, Matthew Watkins, Clifford Myers, Vivian Davis (Patrick) and Mack Myers; her great grandchildren, Grace Caroline Davis and Anne Elizabeth Davis; and her sister Rachel Jones (Earl). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
