With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randall Wayne Richard of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Richard and Janice L Richard (Crews); his wife Natalie Wise Richard; and his sister Glenda Sandlin. He is survived by: his children, Jaron Richard (Bree) and Dakotah Lemire (Eddie); his granddaughters, Eleanor Lemire and Stella Conley-Brown; his siblings, Edith Robinson, Barabara French, Janice "Jan" Richard, William "Bill" Richard, Glenn "Rob" Richard (Susan) and Gerry "Buggo" Richard (Laura); his mother-in-law Jeanine Wise; and his siblings-in-law, Darrel Wise (Roberta) and Brenda Packard (Theron). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
