With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randald Carrigan of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorris Carrigan and Velda Carrigan; and his brothers, Terry Carrigan and Ed Carrigan. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Hesson and James "J. R." Carrigan; his grandchildren, Jessica Hart, Chelsey Jones and Brandon Noles; his great grandchildren, Emma, Riley and Carsyn; and his pet Spanky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many friends.
