Kelly, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Rose Kelly; her sons, Robert Lee Kelly (Lisa), Jimmy William Kelly and Bobby Kelly, Jr. (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Amy Cobb (Dallas), Jessica Senesac (Brian), Jonathon Kelly, Jerry Kelly, Stephanie Kelly, Rebecca Barfield (Cole), Alexis Little (Gabe), Chance Cobb, Roxanne Kelly, Jeremy and Krystal; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Konnor, Kendall, Waylon and Blake Ann.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sand Hills Assembly of God (14032 FL-77, Southport, FL 32409). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
