Miller; his children, Terra Salmons (Justin), Estelle Miller and Joseph Miller; his siblings, Phil Miller (Loretta), Bill Miller and Becky Miller Brown (Paul); his grandsons, Porter and Arlo Salmons; and his stepmother Linda Miller.
