She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Franklin Fay and Carol Yearsley (Aylsworth); her husband Jack Norris Segler; her children, Randy (Ann) of Panama City, Mike (Shyla) of Marietta, GA and Kim of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Bryce, Carson of Panama City, Matthew of Denver, CO and Ashlyn of Marietta, GA; and her stepbrothers, Ted Randolph of Kirkwood, MO and Bernie Randolph (Margie) of Columbia, S. C..
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made in Patty's memory to the First United Methodist Church of Panama City or to the Bay County Humane Society.
