It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Gwen Barbaree of Panama City, Florida, born in Buena Vista, Georgia, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John William; her husband Hubert Franklin Barbaree; her sister Kimberly Weaver Stubbs; and her stepson Hugh Barbaree, II. She is survived by: her mother Elsie Lee Moulton Weaver of Buena Vista, GA; her children, Joan Barbaree Rogers (Donald) of Panama City, FL and Jacob Hubert Barbaree of Fountain, FL; her stepdaughter-in-law Tammy Barbaree of Panama City, FL; her sister Lanette Howard; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Olivia and Daisy.
