He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lawrence Noel and Ethel Elizabeth Noel; and his sisters, Elsie May, Dee and Jewel.
He is survived by: his daughter Myra Noel; his stepdaughter Katherine Karjala; his grandchildren, Hannah Larson, Justin Larson, Erin Larson and Jonathan Larson; his brother-in-law William Sapp; and his nieces, Laura, Heather and Jennifer.
