He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Parks Harper; his siblings, Pete, Emerson, Joe, Percy, Johnny, Wilma, Mildred, Dot, Maxie, Betty, Patricia and Janice; and his parents, Killis Harper and Drucilla Carmen Harper.

He is survived by: his sons, Ron Harper (Dusty) and Steven Harper; his grandchildren, Savannah Gann (Cory) and Gavin Harper (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Isla and Coen; his brothers, Wendell Harper (Nancy) and Jerry Harper (Mary Lou); and his sister-in-law Peggy Busby (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Always helpful if I needed anything. A fellow Veteran, a gentleman from a different era who was decent, genuine, caring. I will miss him, our neighborhood will miss him.
