He was predeceased by: his parents, Norita Johnson and Arthur Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Andreae Johnson; his daughters, Nicole, Rebecca and Andria; his grandchildren, Lucas, Keenan, Connelly, Leightyn and Maveryck; and his brothers, John Johnson (Deanne) and Dave Johnson.
