She was predeceased by: her husband Rufus Cook. She is survived by: her children, Lee Cook (Ann), Beth Campbell (Joel), Brenda Sierra and Beverly Chase (Bob). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren along with surviving cousins, nieces and nephews.
