He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Puckett and Cansada Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hargis; his great grandchildren, Kyla, Kenzie, Kayden, Aria, Ryder, Olivia, Cooper, Carson Puckett and Jadyn Stalvey; and his siblings, Sue Neff (Danny) and William Ray Puckett (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
