She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Roy Harper and Effie Lee Harper; her husband Wilburn; her grandson Matthew Tiller; her brothers, Gene Harper, Doyle Harper, Bert Harper and Johnny Harper; and her sisters-in-law, Grace Chesnut, Betty Spivey and Louise Whidden.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Tiller (Pam), Jim Tiller (Denise) and Ken Tiller (Lidia); her grandchildren, Amber Anderson (Terry), Bobby Tiller (Kim), Jaclyn Kirby (David), Adam Tiller, Andrew Tiller (Lindsey), Melissa Thrower (Kyle) and Jacob Tiller (Rachel); her brother Sonny Harper; her adoptive children, Steve Grubbs, Cissie Grubbs and Jay Milam (Cindy); and her close friends, Wiley, Sally Tilley, Gay Sudduth, Steve, Amy Wilson, Doug, Trisha Durham and Karen Cook.
