She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rodgers and Betty Rodgers; her siblings, Cheryl Pennock and Phillip Rodgers; her daughter Heidi Groce; and her granddaughter Karri Alonso.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Waters; her brothers, John Norris and Terry Rodgers; and her children, Herb Lamb, Heather Sinyard, Heath Lamb and Helen Coleman. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parkway Presbyterian Church (505 S Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Habitat for Humanity in Mary's memory.
