Smiley (Melinda) of Panama City, FL and Matthew Smiley (Marilyn) of Memphis, TN; her siblings-in-law, Charlie Roberts (Shelly) of Panama City, FL, Helen Roberts of Quincy, FL and Martha Roberts of Quincy, FL; and also Roy E. Viewing was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the MTD Community Outreach Church (2429 Selma Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
