With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Sykes Sandell of Panama City, Florida, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Sykes and Margaret Sykes; her husband James Sandell, Jr.; and her brother Fredrick Sykes, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Sandell (Teresa), Holly Kincaid (Greg), Deborah Broadwater (Richard) and James Sandell III; and her grandchildren, Samantha Lacko (Chris), Colby Sandell, Emily Burch (Robert), Trista North, Traci Broadwater, Jayme Untiedt (Steve), Lisa Broadwater and Tanner Sandell. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and two great- great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Parkway Presbyterian Church.
