She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Belle Mandeville and George W. Mandeville Sr.. She is survived by: her husband William Scott (Bill); her daughter Cynthia Gail Fuller (Michael Fuller) of Panama City, FL; her grandchildren, Brody and Sydney Fuller; her sons, David and Randy Cobb; her stepdaughter Sherry Scott of Nashville, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Jeannette Richards of Dothan, Alabama. and George Mandeville (Pam) of Mary Esther, Florida..
