She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Burkett and Martha Lucy Scott; her husband Alexander Hartsfield; her siblings, Barbra Ann Raney, Virginia Burkett, Kay Craig and Scotty Burkett; and her niece Elizabeth Raney.
She is survived by: her son James "Jimmy" Hartsfield; her grandson Jason Hartsfield; her pet Phooey; her sister-in-law Connie Adams; her grandson David 'Donel Swantek; and her nieces and nephews, Teresa Smith, Michael Raney, Jamie Raney, Lisa Harris, Robbie Craig, Scott Burkett and Chris Burkett. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
