He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert LeRoy Jeter and Nancy Louann Jeter; his siblings, Robert Huey Jeter (Helen), Ronnie Harold Jeter (Audrey), Helen Ruth King (Phillip), Goldie Patricia Johnson (Richard) and Nancy Sharol McSpadden (Ronnie) of Chattanooga, TN; his children, Kurt Jeter of Atlanta, GA, Kevin Jeter of Barnwell, SC and Leigh-Anne Perullo; and his pet Well. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, and nephews whom he thought of as his own children, and his beloved grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Leonard to Alaqua Animal Refuge, Freeport, Florida.
