She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Blount and Eva Blount Norphard. She is survived by: her son Marcus Tyree Blount; her siblings, Homer Mitchell and Jacklyn McCloud; and her aunts and uncles, Henry Moore, Sr., Marvie Jones, Arlene Walter, Bertha Johnson and Dorothy Banks. She is also survived by Her nieces, nephews, cousins.
