She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bruce and Betty Carol Bruce (Adams); and her grandson Tyler Swearingen. She is survived by: her brother Kevin Bruce; and her children, Jarrett Nelson McVay (Maryanne), Courtney Tharpe (Shawn) and Ashley Nowlin (James Paul). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
