He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas Quirk; and his sister Mary Theresa Quirk. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne K. McCormack-Quirk; his brother Patrick Quirk (Lisa); his nephew James Quirk; and his nieces, Kristin Quirk and Kailyn Quirk-Allen (Jackson). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
