He is survived by: his children, Michelle Kretz (Ryan) and Richard Lowe (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Jace Lowe, Alexis Kretz and Malia Kretz; his mother Fran Lowe; and his siblings, Mike Lowe (Debbie) and Kathy Edwards. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
