Lark Sr.; her niece Mary Elaine Lark Jolly (Robert); her nephew William E. Lark Jr. (Mandy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rob Jolly, Ruthie Jolly, Lawsie Jolly, Hunter Lark, Mary Marie Lark and William Lark; and her caregivers, BJ, Fayon, Kerlet and Janelle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Panama City.
