With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Marie Webb of Panama City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pledger and Ina Mae Pledger; her husband Sherwin Mack Webb; her siblings, Robert Pledger (Maude) and Irene Pledger (Jack); and her granddaughter Amber Nicole Maloy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Trimble (Steve) of East Liverpool, Pam Maloy (Richard) of Panama City and Stacy Walker of Panama City; and her grandchildren, Casey Hamilton (Colby), Jesse Trimble (Kelli), Samantha Macargel (Bobby), Amanda Ray, Robert Walker and Allie Walker. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
