He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Mike Turk (Danielle) and Cindy Freese (Joe); his grandchildren, Jimbo Turk (Allison), Jake Turk (Sarah) and Shelby Freese (Garrett Feemster); his great grandchild Jane Collins Turk; and his sister Judy Barton.
