He is survived by: his wife Norma Bowen; his children, Keith Bowen (Angie), Kevin Bowen (Robin), Kathy Mills (Danny) and Kerry Bowen (Yvonne); his grandson Tyler Bowen (Kristen); his brother Jimmy Bowen (Margaret); his brother-in-law Jerry Mullis (JoAnn); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Poston (Jim), Jim Bowen (Michelle), Jeremy Mullis and Jenny Marcellis (Chad).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
