She was predeceased by: her father John Patrick McCormack; her caregiver Jack; her husband John "Jack" Quirk; her children, Mary Quirk and Kevin Quirk; her mother Charity M. McCormack; and her siblings, Mae Kruse (Howard), John "Bud" McCormack (Mary), Charity "Chattie" Keating (Gene), Robert McCormack, Donald McCormack (Mona), Marilyn Arnone (Phillip), Gerald McCormack, Malcolm McCormack (Lois), Charles McCormack (Ruth) and Muriel Eggerts (Martin).

She is survived by: her son Patrick (Lisa); her grandchildren, James Quirk and Kristin Quirk; her brother Frank McCormack (Maureen); and her nieces, Anne Vogel, Kate Keating, Ellen Placido (Schofield), Stephanie Volino and Angela Crawford. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and many, many dear friends.
