Perry, Jr. and Alva Neves Perry; her daughters, Sandra Eubanks Williams (Jimmy), Lisa Eubanks Gremminger (Ralph) and Gayle Eubanks Bell (David); her stepsons, Eddie, Jr. (Medina) and David (Bethany); her sisters, Judy Martin (Jerry) and Debbie Brown (Dean); her stepsister Marie Stone (Marshal); her son Timothy Eubanks; her husband Eddie Gentry; and her grandmothers, Alma Neves, Terry Perry, Barbra Ann Burnett and Linda Pruitt. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
