He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gayle Strickland and Stephen Phillips; his grandparents, Loyce, Evelyn Strickland and Rosa Nell Phillips; his uncles, Jerry Strickland and Richard Strickland; his sister Kimberly-Lynn Culbrath; his son James Phillips (Sara); and his granddaughters, Riley, London, Kemoni and Kahalia.
