It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Stanford Owenby of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. F. Stanford and Gertrude Stanford; her brother B. F. Stanford; her husband Wendell; her daughter Terry Thorpe (Rusty); her grandson Cory Thorpe (Sarah); her great grandchild Andruw Thorpe; her siblings, Wayne Stanford (Gwen), Michael Stanford (Priscilla) and Pam Forehand (Norman); and her sister-in-law Sue Stanford. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
