She was predeceased by: her husband James P. Johnston; her parents, Louise Hobbs and Emory Gay Hobbs; her sister Donna H. Henning; and her grandparents, Ethyl, Joe Ellerbee, Alla Verne and Emory Hobbs.
She is survived by: her son Robert A. Smith (Robbie); and her uncle Earl Hobbs (Bobo).
