It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Elaine Adkins (Panama City, Florida), who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Earl Adkins; her son Kelvin Earl Adkins; and her granddaughter Kristen L. McDougald. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Soto (Alfred Soto), Karen Williams (Eddie Williams) and Kimberly Bodine (Robert Bodine); her grandchildren, Shawn Williams, David Soto (Nicky Soto), Ryan Shoemaker and Noah Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Lily Soto, Kiley Soto, Bryden Nordstrom, Mason, Makayla Calhoun and Lucy Magner; and also, Craig, Dorcas, Rosalind, Tangie, Eddie Mae and Cheryl.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Parker Global Methodist Church or Emerald Coast Hospice in Elaine's memory.
