He is survived by: his brothers, Jim, Scott and David; his wife Kay; his children, William Blanchard, Dave Howell (Emily), Zach Howell (Kathryn) and Dixie Lee Alford; and his granddaughter Capri Alford. He is also survived by his brothers and other relatives and friends.
