He was predeceased by: his parents, Audra and Frank; his daughter Kelly; and his grandson Logan. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Keye (Melissa) and Kim (Mike); his grandchildren, Forrest (Emily), Chandler, Grace, Noah, Mason, Joshua (Brooke), Jacob (Marky), Maranda (Jesse) and Reed; his great grandchildren, Turner and Briggs; and his brother James (Janell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
