He is survived by: his wife Cherie Howell; his grandchildren, Griffin Clark, Calina Clark, Parker Howell and Paxton Howell; his mother Carolyn P. Clark; his siblings, Beth C. Lockhart (Wallace) and Scott Clark (Maureen); his nephews, Thomas, Adam, Kurt, Aubrey and Landon; his niece Cora; his cousin Jan Hanson; and also McKayla C. Howell. He is also survived by married in 1972 and their two children.
