He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellington Colby Perkins and Beatrice L. Bunce-Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Kye Yong Perkins; his daughters, Susan Leigh Perkins and Christina D; his stepsons, James and Joshua; his grandchildren, Alex, Jesse, Gabriel, Samantha, Madison, Oscar Jr., Brianna, Joshua, Cassie, Arachuna, Rhyu, Haylee, Gwen, Issac and Iris; his great grandchildren, Maia, Liam, Frankie, Jayda, Aria, Kaleo, Jeremiah, Rowyn and Jazmyn; and his brothers, Gary and Ronald. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
