He was predeceased by: his brother Rene'Nieves; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Plunkett; and his father Francisco Nieves Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Frankie, Justin Nieves, Michael Nieves and Christian Nieves; his mother Edelmira Rivera; and his sisters, Sandra Nieves, Rosa Lazarini Dominguez, Inez Castillo Sierra and Nori Nieves. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and he had a lot of extended family, nieces, nephews along with brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
