He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hoffmann and Geneva Hoffmann (Henke); his son Geoffrey Hoffmann; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Hoffmann; his sister Diane Giese; and his siblings-in-law, Edgar Giese, Ethel, Don Hahn and Robert Bakke.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry (Thompson); his sons, Greg Hoffmann (Lorraine) and Randy Hoffmann (Barb); his daughter-in-law Susan Hoffmann; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Hoffmann (Audra), Chelsea Hamilton (Nate), Shane Hoffmann, Joshua Hoffmann (Wesley), Natosha Hoffmann, Melissa Hoffmann and Julie Rippen (Garrett); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Tyler, Samantha Hoffmann, Cooper, Holden and Crew Rippen; and his sister-in-law Barb Bakke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
