He was predeceased by: his children, Eugene "Rusty" Lowery Jr. and Jody Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his children, Michael Burns of Panama City, FL, Kenneth Lowery of Cleveland, OH, Joseph Lowery of Conneaut, OH, Rainbow Thacker (Thomas Thacker) of Panama City, FL and Johnna Pruchnicki of Atwater, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
