We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Ernest William Brown in Panama City, Florida, born in Mount Airy, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie Mae Simmons; and his sister Pamela. He is survived by: his wife Wol; his grandmother Brown; his children, Alice and Michael; his sister Barbara; and also, Kahlua and Alfie. He is also survived by his three granddaughters.

The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Bill's lifelong spirit of service and giving.
