He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Parsons and Jeanie Parsons; and his sisters, Sylvia Mitchell and Jeanette Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Florene Parsons; his children, Donna Francis (Charles) of Panama City, FL, David Parsons (Dana) of Panama City, FL, Debra Taylor (Anthony) of Marianna, FL, Robbin Pumphrey (Chris) of Marianna, FL and Billy Joe Parsons of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Amy, Carla, Charly, Jesse, Summer, Taylor, Amber, Billy Junior, Christian, Brittany and Miranda. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
