Peterson; her grandchildren, Princeston, Aleshea, Darius (Rashida), ClaDarius, Eddie, Michael Jr., Christopher, Makai, Miyonna, Mykel and Terrell; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Jakovah and Elias; her siblings, Minister Priscilla Brown (Elder Wade) of Vernon, FL, Minister Samuel A. Peterson (Angela) of Tampa, FL, Senator Tony P. Anderson (Houston) of Lithonia, GA, Katherine Smiley (George) of Washington State, Belinda Thompson of Crestview, FL, Janice Thompson of Ft Walton Beach, FL, Wille C. Thompson of Ft Walton Beach, FL, Willie E Byrd of Ft Walton Beach, FL and Antionette Bridges (Artie) of Ft Walton Beach, FL; her cousin Evilla Smith; and her close friend Carol Baker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Luke African Episcopal Methodist Church (4009 Jackson Community Road, Vernon, FL 32462).
