He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Carol Hall; and his sister-in-law Patricia Balkom Henley. He is survived by: his spouse Faye Balkom Hall; his children, Clay Hall, Mary Margaret Hall and Mark Hall (Cheryl Hall) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; his siblings, Ruth Hall McKinney of Edgar Springs, Missouri and Lyle Hall (Judy Hall) of Fayetteville; his siblings-in-law, Brian Balkom of DeFuniak Springs, Florida and Sharon Balkom Hagans (Malcolm Hagans) of Panama City, Florida; and his nephews, Kevin Hall, Mike Hall, Wayne McKinney, Shawn McKinney, Michael Hagans and David Hagans.
Flowers are being accepted or donations may be made in his name to: The Friends of Sandy Creek Cemetery Fund, Sandy Creek Baptist Church – Fellowship Hall Fund and Florida Baptist Disaster Relief (through the Walton County Baptist Association/Florida Baptist Convention).
