He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hillman Libby Sr. and Helen Haines Libby; and his siblings, June Anne Kazak and Eugene Karl Libby. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Libby; his children, Lorraine Libby-Thomas (Blaine Dempke), Jennifer Libby-Ledesma (Russell Purvis), Donald R. Libby Jr. (Lora Ponds), Sean and Jiyeonna Libby; his grandchildren, Jessica Libby-Knapp, Lyndsey Thomas, Ashley Ledesma, Shannon, Juliet Libby, Sean Libby-Cooley, Logan Libby, Mason, Austin Evans, Andy Ledesma, Jr. and Jennifer Glass; and his niece Michelle Piechowski. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
