He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tony Palmer, Eddie Palmer and Richard Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Imogene Palmer; his stepdaughter Joann Lenzwisk; and his brother Roger Palmer. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
