He was predeceased by: his parents, William Berry and Emroy Mellen Berry; his daughter Karen Chick Anderson; and his great grandchild Alec Wayne Kapler. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Sanders-Chick; his sister Arlene Chick Stringer (Francis) of Prescott Valley, AZ.; his son Roy Chick (Florence) of Caryville, FL.; his grandchildren, Kristi Anderson Vilione (WI), Jason Anderson (MN), Elizabeth Kapler (PA), Katherine Kapler (PA), Caleb Bowers (Va) and Aaron Bowers (MA); and also Roy Eugene Chick.
